This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and 66GG Studios ("Provider") governing access to and utilization of the 66GG gaming platform ("Service"). By initiating gameplay or account registration, you expressly affirm your understanding and unconditional acceptance of all provisions herein.
1. License Grant & Limitations
Provider grants User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and operate the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on owned devices, subject to continuous compliance with this Agreement.
2. Prohibited Activities
User expressly covenants not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from Game source code
- Employ unauthorized third-party software, automation tools, or game integrity exploits
- Distribute unlawful, harassing, or commercially promotional content through Service channels
- Violate jurisdictional laws regarding digital conduct and intellectual property rights
3. Service Modifications & Termination
Provider reserves unilateral right to modify, suspend, or terminate Service accessibility without prior notice, particularly for critical security updates, regulatory compliance requirements, or violation remediation.
4. Liability Limitations
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of merchantability or fitness. Provider's aggregate liability for Service-related claims shall not exceed twelve months of subscription fees paid by User, where applicable.
